Product: Unclear user scenarios and feature overload led to confusing information architecture.
Performance: Frequent bugs, slow loading, and unstable system performance.
UI/UX: Overly complex flows with redundant steps and incomplete user journeys; dense layouts, inconsistent UI, and weak visual hierarchy
